      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-55078. The following is the description of the original issue:
      —
      Currently even after filtering a catalog image, the signature of the original image is being mirrored to the target registry.

      If a catalog image was filtered and rebuilt, it means the original signature does not match anymore the new filtered image, so the original catalog signature should not be mirrored to the target registry.
