* Previously, the installation program still allowed the use of the `OpenShiftSDN` network plugin even though it was removed. With this update, the installation program correctly prevents installing a cluster with this network plugin.  This bug is created to enable merging of the 4.15 backport https://github.com/openshift/installer/pull/7935 which is based on https://github.com/openshift/installer/pull/7720.
